Do we have to stop using WhatsApp groups?
No. Relay plugs into the groups you already use and keeps them exactly as they are. Your team and your partners keep posting the way they always have — Relay just reads, structures and acts on what appears. It can also post into your own groups and channels as you.
How long until it is actually live?
Two weeks for the standard deployment: week one embedding and mapping, week two tuning and shadow mode. Complex integrations or multiple branches can extend to four weeks. You see accuracy numbers before anything runs unsupervised.
What exactly does “forward-deployed engineer” mean?
A named engineer from Relay joins your company — on site for Growth and Enterprise — to learn your listing language, map your process and configure the software around it. They stay responsible for your accuracy metrics after launch, and they are the same person you message when something needs changing.
How accurate is the parsing on messy messages?
On typical Nigerian brokerage traffic we run above 99% field accuracy after tuning, including shorthand, mixed languages, voice notes and photo-only posts. Every parsed listing keeps its original message attached so your team can verify anything in one click.
Is our data and our client list safe?
Your data stays yours. Access is role-based, every action is logged, and we never resell or share inventory or lead data. Enterprise plans add SSO and data residency options. You can export your full database at any time.
What happens when the AI isn’t sure?
It stops and asks a human. Low-confidence listings, ambiguous availability and unusual price changes are routed to your team instead of guessed at. Nothing goes out to a buyer without either high confidence or your approval, depending on the mode you choose.
